This is definitely something I'm proud to call my own work. Modeled after this stunning image: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/407575835010973708/ After carefully refining the topology through turbosmoothing, it did become somewhat distorted in certain areas. However, I deliberately avoided applying turbosmoothing to the main axe blade itself, opting instead for a more precise control over its intricate design. The reason behind this decision lies in my earlier creation of an elaborate spline, which I beveled using a modifier to achieve a massive ngon. Unfortunately, I forgot about it until later, and when I tried to convert it into a poly mesh, the "turn into poly" modifier in 3dsmax proved to be less than helpful in dividing the mesh into quads. Despite this setback, I'm thrilled to report that my skills with 3DSMax are steadily improving, and I'm feeling very optimistic about my progress.
