This is a thorough overhaul of an outdated model for printing in PLA. To minimize post-print cleanup, skip rafts and brims altogether - simply ensure a strong adhesive surface before printing. I've found excellent results on a bed taped with ABS juice. I exported the STL at a high resolution, so it should easily scale up to meet your needs.
