Ornament Cap and Hanger - Christmas Spare Parts [Shindo Design Challenge]

This is my entry to the Sindoh Christmas Decorations Spare Parts - Design Challenge. In keeping with the theme I've created spare parts to repair broken Christmas ornaments. We've all been there: ornaments that have lost their caps and/or hangers, or perhaps the cap has been crushed, leaving you unable to hang the ornament on the tree. In the past, you might either remove the cap and hanger from a less loved ornament, discarding it instead, or toss your beloved ornament in the trash with great disappointment. But now there's good news: you can print a replacement cap and hanger to replace lost or crushed ones, saving your cherished ornaments. In the past, we've lost an average of 2-3 ornaments to our cats' antics around the tree. It's their fun time too! The caps get lost in the tree or carpet, sucked up by the vacuum, stepped on, and so on. The print is very simple and requires no supports. However, your printer should be set to its finest detail settings. You may need to add bed adhesion as the parts are small.
