This remodelling of the RepRapPro Ormerod X-carriage in OpenScad makes modification simpler, streamlining changes to suit specific needs. As designed, this reworking does not incorporate original proximity sensor mountings, providing users with a clean slate for modifications and additions. Likewise, the design eschews traditional bumps that lock the carriage securely onto grooves in the linear bearing, opening opportunities for alternative fastening methods.
