Fits Ormerod 1, should fit Ormerod 2, though compatibility with quick set nozzles remains uncertain without hands-on experience. Clearing the Duet enclosure on a standard size Ormerod 1 may require positioning that nozzle at the end of the Y axis. Kim Brown's Big Blue 360 impressed me with its cooling performance, but I sought a PWM-controlled fan for enhanced cooling capabilities. To achieve this, I stripped down the BB360 and added ducting for two separate fans. As with the original design, rotating the heater block is essential, requiring rotation of your heat sink by 90 degrees and drilling a new mounting hole – a process that involves removing one fin (see pictures). Printing should be possible without support, but some cleanup may be necessary if your printer struggles with bridges.
