This simple overlay replaces the standard Ormerod 1 cover, accommodating space for the Duet Shield. It features pre-drilled holes that facilitate access to erase and reset buttons via dc42's push rod tool. Designed for seamless integration, the new cover wraps around the original case from the outside using two precision-engineered stand offs located at the top. The stand-offs are secured by M3 screws threaded through the rear of the case, providing a sturdy connection that holds the cover firmly in place. All necessary cable connections remain accessible during installation, making it easy to add an extra hot end as needed.
