Here is a custom-designed solution to combat air flow issues affecting prints from heat sinks. To rectify the problem of diminished layer bonding on large prints, a simple and effective fix was implemented. I engineered this backwash eliminator after discovering that the air flow emanating from the heatsink significantly impaired print quality. The weak bond between layers resulted in a drastic decrease in print reliability - often leading to catastrophic failures when applying minimal force.
