A Slightly Modified Extruder Drive Block for Enhanced Ormerod 3D Printing Experience. People have encountered issues with their stock extruder block wearing down prematurely, prompting a design revision that targets reduced stress points. To alleviate this problem, I increased the feed tube's diameter from 50mm to 75mm, effectively minimizing pressure on the top of the feed channel and extending its lifespan. In addition to upgrading the diameter, I strengthened the support clip by lengthening it where it wraps around the X axis. This change helps prevent a common issue: clips breaking free during use. To address a separate concern, I enlarged the diameter of the feed pipe from 3mm to 3.2mm, which eliminates jamming that was caused by the original smaller diameter.
