Ormerod 2 E3d V6 mount

This design is tailored specifically for the Ormerod 2 (528.3) printer. The hotend was meticulously recreated from their provided drawings, with a few minor adjustments to ensure accuracy. To verify dimensions, part 546 was used as a reference point. This mount should be capable of tolerating slight discrepancies in E3d construction. This modification is based on the original design found at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:586189, but I had to make some adjustments to part 546 to correct its height. Since there's a noticeable difference between the Ormerod 1 and 2 models, this tweak was necessary. Be prepared to re-zero your Z axis after installation. You can utilize existing parts with this design. I've reduced the hole size on the "Nozzle" mount to allow for secure bolt engagement – a wise decision, given my own experience with limited long bolts. PLA and ABS prints have proven successful in testing. For those interested, you can also find this design on Onshape.
