Orleans Board Game lightweight (TMG base game) insert organizer
thingiverse
Here's a basic organizer for Orleans Board Game, just the base game. There are many other more clever inserts available on Thingiverse that are more space efficient and include expansions, but this one might be the lightest and since I already had some things in use, I didn't want to start over. There is no issue storing this vertically; the box fits snugly and the boxes are designed to sit flush with the base game boards on top. You could put the boards below also and I've had no spillage. There is a curved side for ease of removal. If you're using my chip organizer https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3462668 and the chips https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3359223 then this insert could work for you. Set printing with 0 top and 0 bottom layers, 15% honeycomb infill, 0.28mm layer height. The walls are designed at 0.86 mm width (2 extrusion widths should fit and no gap fill). I usually hate gap fill for these boxes since it adds an extra extrusion which adds a lot of time. The longest box here took my settings about 2 hours, all the rest will be 20 minutes to 1 hour. Weight of plastic was 132g (without the chip boxes linked above) about 8 hours total of printing. Note: orleans_goods_1_mirror.stl is a 'mirror' placing the curved side on the opposite wall. This box is not symmetrical, so if you want the curve to be on the outer edge of the game board when you place the box, you'll need the mirror version (not shown in photo). The reason is the cloth tiles go in the smallest compartment, and to maintain the order of the goods shown on the board.
