Found these incredible tires designed by Calisto at: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2997226\r\nThey were wider than I liked, so I decided to trim them down to make them usable as standard tires.\r\n\r\nI'm printing these with 0 infill in TPU and adding extra walls (0.5-0.7) to give them a rubber tire feel - slightly harder, so no foam is needed inside.
