Ork Savage Gunship

The Ork Savage Gunship model for Battlefleet Gothic is a long out-of-production wargame. I created this gunship by modifying the jimjimjimmyjim (from Battlefleet Gothic Armada 2) design, which lacked guns altogether. To address this issue, I incorporated other large guns and scaled them to fit the Ork Savage Gunship's needs. To prepare the model for printing, I removed numerous small details from the original mesh, as it was too compact to print accurately. The resulting print, as shown in the picture, turns out perfectly fine. The accompanying cover image showcases two printed Savages alongside their original counterparts from the game. These models demonstrate a clear difference in scale and detail. On May 11th, 2020, I added a pre-supported Chitubox file to simplify printing three Savages simultaneously. However, please note that these models come with permanent stands attached.
