Revamp your extruder fan by disassembling it, then replace it with ball bearing fans like Orion brand known for their quality. Cut new fan wires according to original ones and crimp on connectors, using a crimp tool or needle-nose pliers if needed. Install pins into the connector properly and reinstall the new fans just like the old ones. Additionally, you can install retaining pins provided by Wingcommander for easier disassembly in the future. These pins will prevent fan guard from loosening up.
