Orion Delta Top Shelf
thingiverse
Adds extra storage to the top of your printer! Small items stored inside won't fall off during transportation by making slow and steady movements while keeping the machine upright. This set fits on top of the SeeMeCNC Orion Delta 3D Printer. Three anchors lock into place at the corners, where the towers end, providing a secure fit. Note: Photos do not accurately represent models due to adjustments made during modeling and limited time and filament availability. I used an old version of the shelf top that isn't perfectly symmetrical. Print Settings: Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer: ORION Delta 3D Printer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Infill: 20% Notes: Make sure in MatterControl that the anchor fits on the bed, with a bed size of 180mm. The outermost corners should be adjusted to line up with the longest diameter of the bed. Also make sure your bed is level and the Z Height has been calibrated. Design Process: I used Sketchup 2016 and a digital caliper to design this storage solution. Instructions: Print three anchors, taking approximately six and a half hours each, and any three walls, taking between one and two hours.
