Since I own an Orion Delta from SeeMeCNC, my heating resistors keep burning out twice, necessitating replacements that require some soldering. I also wanted to place LEDs adjacent to my hot-end. Consequently, rewiring and soldering every time was a significant hassle. That's why I decided to use quick wiring solutions placed atop the printing head. The outcome is visible in the provided images. The design comprises a ground plate featuring two sliders for wire clips, soldered onto a 10 by 20.8 mm panel. It also incorporates a holder for wires emerging from the base and a recess for wires descending towards the hot-end. The second component serves as a cap to encase all wires, presenting a tidy appearance at completion. To attach the plate to the print-head, existing screws on the center plate must be removed and replaced with longer versions. Regrettably, these screws lack metric dimensions. Nevertheless, M3 Screws and nuts seem to work satisfactorily.
