Updating model to match launch configuration now, lots of original redone using Blender, visible in image overlays. Roll bars inset in place, color inset areas black, including top ring of bottom section too. Masked with Tamiya tape and airbrushed with Mission Models Gloss Black. Printed at 75% due to size, wouldn't fit in printer otherwise. Original may have been in inches units (2.54x too big), but walls were too thin for print at that size. All pieces fit well at 75%. Hex peg fits perfectly into circular hole, mate works very well, glue optional but recommended when using PLA as it will relax over time. Give a quick twist if it won't quite seat. Thanks to @Delphius for the tip. Cone fit at top not ideal, had to drill out inside of cone of LAS to get it to fit gracefully. Print stand upside-down, break off inner ring with needlenose pliers (support for shelf only). Todo: Re-hollow parts in Meshmixer with thicker walls for print at smaller sizes, maybe second remix at 50% size to avoid increasing print time of larger version unnecessarily.
