Orion 2x54 Bino Head Mount

This is a head mount for the Orion 2x54 ultra wide angle binoculars. These binos are great for just watching meteor showers but it gets tiresome to hold them to your face all night. So I designed this 3D printable head mount. It not only attaches them to your face but also helps block stray light coming in from around the sides. I tried to design theses to fit a large variation of faces, as we are not all the same. It will require a 1/4-20 x 3/4 bolt for mounting the bino to the head mount. Some Velcro or elastic strapping for the head strap. There is large holes on the sides for you to get creative with what ever you got. And finally some foam tape or foam rod to glue to the face cut-out for padding and comfort. I recommend that you calibrate and set up your binos to your face and vision before putting them in the headset. Once calibrated you can attach them to the headset. Put on the headset and now adjust the binos to your comfort and lock it all in place with the top knob.
