Orignal Prusa MK3 using Igus RJZM-01-08 bearings
thingiverse
I modified the original Prusa MK3 scad files for x-carriage, x-carriage-back, x-end-idler and x-end-motor to accommodate bigger Igus RJZM-01-08 bearings that are 16mm in diameter, whereas the stock ones measure 15mm. All parts should be printed using PETG filament. The bearing holder replaces the U-bolt that normally holds the bearings on the Y-axis in place. It's crucial that you print this part with a 70% infill setting. Additionally, you will need six M3 screws that are 18 mm long to secure everything properly. TIPS: If your bearings start sticking, apply some silicone grease to them immediately. Sticking bearings can cause problems during XYZ calibration, resulting in incorrect home point detection.
