I'm taking a unique approach to the fidget spinner design by incorporating 3/8 bearing balls that seamlessly snap into place within the pockets, alongside a single spinner bearing. After printing and assembling the unit, I'm pleased to report that everything fit together nearly perfectly, with a diameter of approximately 40mm. To enhance print quality, I plan to create a slightly larger version utilizing 1/2 inch balls in the near future. For optimal results, I strongly advise printing the main sphere separately to avoid retraction and start/stop inconsistencies. While my test model turned out well without separate printing, this approach will undoubtedly yield a higher-quality finish.
