Original Rear Spool Holder for Creality ENDER 3 (V-slot 40x40) at 45°
thingiverse
I found a useful support on the site, but it had some flaws. With the slicer, we had ghost volumes in the room, which resulted in being unable to introduce captive screws. I took up the concept and redesigned the model completely. This model does not require supports if you print at low resolution and low speed. Its fixation to the printer frame is a bit wider than the original to enhance solidity. 2 bolts/T-nuts (the originals of the support) are on top, 1 additional bolt/T-nut is needed for the side. The installation will be done by removing the plastic cap from the end of the rail. It can take its place back after installation for aesthetic reasons. To fix the original support, you need 2 M5 bolts/screws. The screws are captive but watch out, only one of the screw holes is visible, the second one is blind.
