Original Prusa MK2.4 Extruder - Updated

Hey All, This is a remix of Matt's fantastic addition to transform your Prusa MK2/S into a MK3 extruder setup, building on Vecko's brilliant contribution. When I thoroughly examined the components, I discovered that the filament feed was off by 1mm. In theory, this would significantly impede the feeding process. The hobbed pulley would be warping the filament as it passed through and might not load efficiently. I made extensive modifications to all parts to move the extruder stepper over 1mm, along with corresponding holes and adjustments. Please refer to the accompanying pictures for a clear understanding of these changes. The idle and bearing/pin were also revised to accommodate the modifications. This setup should enable a direct and smooth filament feed. 11-14-18 As of this update, I have not yet printed it but plan to do so soon and will provide photos and completion updates.
