T-slot covers safeguard against debris accumulation while also streamlining wire and cable management within the T-slot. They can further enhance a project's appearance with a polished finish. Since I was unable to locate what I needed, I created my own solution. In contrast to retail T-Slot covers, these can be mounted flush to the top of your extrusions. This is absolutely essential for the top covers of the front extrusions on the MK3, which only offer a few thousandths of an inch clearance. Fortunately, they do clear, so I was thrilled. The STL set is already organized and sized. Simply print and install - it's quite straightforward. I've also included separate STL files for each length and the original Solidworks file, allowing you to resize according to your heart's desire. I printed with PETG but feel free to use whatever material suits your needs. Please don't hesitate to print and share your feedback.
