Original Prusa i3 MK2 Camera Mount

I needed a camera mount that would travel smoothly with the print bed on my Original Prusa i3 MK2. To achieve this, I used 1/4" anodized aluminum bars to ensure the mount remained rigid during movement. Concerned about added weight, I was relieved to find no change in print quality or artifacts when running prints at 150% speed. OctoPrint videos rendered by my camera system were rock-solid as a result. Basic Go Pro screws and nuts can be purchased for under a couple bucks on Amazon. The Logitech C615 camera performed well with this setup, but autofocus sometimes failed when I lowered the angle or used one of the corner mounts. However, at higher angles, focus was maintained throughout most prints. Printer Settings: Printer: Original Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: .20 Infill: Solid & 30% Notes: Underbed parts and camera housing were printed in PETG with solid infill @ 240c, y-Bar was printed in Hatchbox PLA with 30% infill @ 210c
