As an addition to the filament guide clip for the Ikea LACK tables, I've added a ball bearing guide to put the PTFE tube through and guide it to the printer head. This guide bolts directly to the bottom side of the Ikea LACK table. To secure the guide in place, you'll need two flat-head 4mm screws, max. Depending on your desired tube path, you may want to print multiple guides.
