Original prusa filament holder - Lockage

The original Prusa filament holder holds the spool between two small cylinders. When you tighten these too much, it adds friction to the spool. On the other hand, if they are too loose, there's a risk of the spool falling off. The risk may be relatively low, but I wasn't entirely convinced by their approach so I designed a simple axis with a lock that prevents the spool from falling. It looks great and works well, except I had to print it horizontally due to issues with tall objects sticking together. I haven't tried printing it vertically yet.
