Orienteering Control Post Top for the SportIdent Si <b>“Narrow Plastic Mounting for BSF7 Station”</b>. This item is designed to enable a SportIdent (Si) <b>“Narrow Plastic Mounting for BSF7 Station”</b> control box mounting plate to be mounted onto a standard 10mm x 8mm oval fibreglass electric fence post, suitably cut to length. This item has been designed to enable the cheaper fibreglass electric fence posts to be used as orienteering control posts. This item is to be firmly affixed to the top of the 10mm x 8mm fibreglass electric fence post, which will need to be cut to a suitable length. The SportIdent (Si) <b>“Narrow Plastic Mounting for BSF7 Station”</b> control box mounting plates have no mounting holes, so will need to be suitably drilled for two off M4 countersink screws at a pitch of 40mm, with stainless steel fasteners being recommended to minimise the risk of corrosion. Two countersink screws, M4 x 16mm long, should be used, together with the larger diameter (Form G) washers and M4 Nyloc nuts, to secure the SportIdent mounting plate to this item.
