This is a top to fit on a standard 10mm x 8mm oval fibreglass electric fence post to allow the fitting of a control mounting plate from SportIdent, specifically one of the full base Plastic Holder style of Mounting plate. It has been designed to allow electric fence posts to be used as orienteering control posts. Two different tops are presented, allowing the choice of a round or an elongated top plate.
