The device was initially created underneath the nail clippers, but it can also be used for other purposes. The diameter of the openings is 7mm, allowing for greater flexibility (a sleeve with a diameter of up to 7mm can be inserted under the desired size). I have a sleeve measuring 7mm / 3.5mm in diameter.
