Organizer for Drills

Organizer for Drills

This is a drill bits organizer. For a long time, I've been seeking an effective way to organize my drills, as I often find myself dealing with multiple types where one type has plenty of pieces while another type has none at all. The conventional approach of having one hole for each drill bit doesn't work in most cases, so I designed these drawers. Each drawer contains 100 cells that can accommodate any size drill bit, ranging from 0.1 to 10 millimeters in diameter. To provide flexibility, I left the cell labels blank, allowing users to choose their preferred measurement system. Although I'm not a skilled 3D designer, I aimed to create a system that's ready for immediate use straight out of the printer, without requiring any grinding or adjustments, regardless of the printer's accuracy or user expertise in printing. I also prioritized ease of printing, ensuring the system is robust, durable, and simple to operate. In an effort to minimize material usage and optimize print time, I designed the system for fast printing, but it still takes about two hours to produce one drawer. To assemble the various parts, I recommend using a soldering iron or a 3D pen. There are four types of drawers available for selection. I appreciate any feedback or opinions you may have on this project.
