Organizer container for micro drill bits or small parts
thingiverse
This includes trays (platforms) for holding containers. Containers come in five sizes, including Extra Small (XS), Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L), and Extra Large (XL). To specify the depth of a container or cap, simply enter the measurement in millimeters. With this feature, you can choose the ideal size for all drill bits. Caps are placed on containers at 5mm. For instance, if you need to create a container for drill bits that are 52mm long, select a container depth of 45mm and a cap depth of 15mm. This will result in a maximum height of 55 mm. When printing, try not to waste material by producing too many containers at once. Instead, make a few test containers and attach caps to them. I have set the minimum wall thickness to 0.4mm. However, when specifying this value in the slicer, thin walls may not print properly. To avoid this issue, check your settings. I use an extrusion width of 0.39mm for printing.
