I tried to print the cap to the hydro tower but couldn't get water to pass through it. I tried flipping it over in PrusaSlicer and adding custom organic supports, as well as removing an internal cylinder that I think blocked the water flow. See the screenshots for illustration. Printed without issue in PETG and water happily flows through a 1/4" hose attached to the barb and rains down through the holes.
