I designed a model recently, and it's been sitting on my desk for a few nights now. This design is anatomically accurate, with larger pectoral fins that allow it to stand alone without any additional support. Some details were sacrificed in order to make the design more printer-friendly. When printing this model, I recommend using thick walls and at least 45% infill for added strength. To ensure a smooth print, orient the model with its head facing downwards.
