The design perfectly mimics a Delta 120mm fan and will fit any standard 120mm fan with ease. The thickness of the fan forces air to exit straight out, rather than being blown towards the outer edge of the fan blade. There are no obstructions near the fan blade that could generate additional noise, and airflow should not be restricted in any way. The design also aligns with my previous 40mm Organic Fan Guard creation, which can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3160832 A screenshot of how I printed these fans without supports is included below. If you need a thicker honeycomb mesh, simply adjust the "Horizontal Expansion" setting to between 0.3 and 0.5 mm for optimal results.
