This is a sword from the new movie Sword Art Online: Ordinal Scale. Kirito's sword is what this is based on. The blade has been cut to fit any printer that can handle a Z height of 100mm. This model features larger alignment pins, designed to increase the strength of the final build. Print Settings: Supports: Doesn't matter Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 25% Notes: To add extra strength to the build, I recommend printing the alignment pins at 100% infill. My standard print settings are five perimeters thick. You'll need nine of the sixty-millimeter pins and one hundred-millimeter pin for this model. The one-hundred-millimeter pin connects the guard, collar, and grip front. How I Designed This: This was designed using Autodesk Fusion 360 software.
