Reinforce your Ordbot's Y-Axis with this replacement foot that adds support to the metal plate holding the belt idler. This simple part does not interfere with printer operations, enhances belt tension adjustability, and is designed for use with the Y Motor Support (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:106279). Print it using a 3 wall perimeter at .2mm layer height with 20% infill. To install, remove the acrylic foot along with its retaining bolts and pulley idler plate. Insert a Nylock nut on the bottom of the new foot, followed by attachment of the plate and idler pulley. Attach two M5 T-slot nuts to the Y-Axis Makerslide's underside and slide them onto the end of the makerslide. Reassemble the belt, tension it, and tighten the bolts for a secure fit.
