OrdBot Hadron extruder 50mm fan mount

This is a multipart fan assembly mount specifically designed for use with the OrdBot Hadron X carriage. I have made the source OpenScad file available and it is highly parametric, allowing you to easily customize it for your own extruder needs. This particular mount was printed on my personal Hadron printer using PLA filament, resulting in a precise fit with the x carriage. In the accompanying photo, the Makergear plastruder stepper motor and gear reduction unit can be seen clearly. Be sure to check out my latest creation - a 50mm cooling fan air-scoop add-on, which is fully compatible with this mount kit and has been rigorously tested with the B3 PICO hot end. You'll find detailed instructions below to help you get started: Source OpenScad file included for your convenience Variables in the source code are provided for modification; however, some variables should be left unchanged. Print Instructions: Utilize the rotate feature in your slicer/print software to print the extruder fan mount upside down. Recommended print settings include 20-35% infill and a layer height of 0.2mm when using PLA filament. If necessary, reduce the mount_Z_depth variable (height) to avoid fan interference with the build plate; correspondingly adjust the fan_screw_height to ensure proper positioning. The adjustable right-side mounting arm is designed to attach securely to the main body with a bolt, providing precise adjustment capability.
