Ord Bot X-Axis Idler Belt Tensioner

Ord Bot X-Axis Idler Belt Tensioner

This revised design by me incorporates a metal plate from the Ord Bot kit to prevent flexing during tensioning. I also use 7xM5 button head socket screws and t-nuts for secure idler positioning. While it may be overkill, I guarantee no movement. Additionally, the arms do not hinder x-axis travel as I've designed them with proper height and recesses for v-wheels. This maximizes build area. The idler pulley uses original Ord Bot parts, and tensioning nuts are M4x20 screws with two M4 nuts. A regular M5 nut is needed for the idler, and I recommend six M5x8 nuts for t-slots. Since support is included in the STL file, no additional support is required. The support broke off easily during my print using PLA. Be cautious when inserting M4 screws for belt tensioning to avoid stripping the square opening for nut insertion.
