Inspired by my ORD Bot, this adjustable spool carrier is suitable for various spools. To create it, print the feet from the provided STEP file and source or purchase other necessary components. Utilize the STEP file or drawing to measure and cut the parts accordingly. The rollers at each end are made of standard electrical conduit with 5x16x5 bearings press-fitted. The frame consists of 20mm x 20mm Misumi T-Slot extrusion, requiring you to tap the center holes of the shorter cross members. Adjust the carrier for different spool sizes by sliding one end, ensuring the spool hangs below the frame to prevent it from walking off the end.
