This vase is designed specifically to hold orchids directly. Four drainage holes are drilled into the bottom, and a sloped interior base guides water flow into the catchment saucer below. When used as intended, with water present, it's crucial to print the vase using a material that retains moisture. Otherwise, you risk spilling water onto your table or windowsill. From my experience, PETG has proven to be an excellent choice for this application. I anticipate that ABS or PLA would likely result in leaks.
