For an updated design, print the uni-X Carrier instead (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:25420). I grew tired of the removal process, so I modified my X carriage to be open. The changes include an open frame, a baseplate that's 2.3mm smaller (now 30mm screws fit better), and the right outer hole moved forward by 10mm. Additionally, there are extra hexagon countersunk holes. To assemble, first secure the outer linear bearing screws, then mount the carriage and tighten the inner ones. If screws are too long, use two washers. For V9/V10 hotends, utilize my Universal Wade and attach a small metal plate as shown in one of the images.
