To print Arnitel, I encountered flexibility issues that disrupted filament transport in the extruder due to high gaps between its top and base. Thus, I designed a new extruder resembling Camiel's with an additional fixed point for the idler holder. Assemble it using original extruder screws, along with a 4mm threaded bar (70mm length). Smooth shafts to fit into the extruder top hole and slide them in, fastening with nuts front and back. Secure a m4 nut in the knob and glue it on top using Uhu Allplast. Adjust the hot end brass top height (19mm base designed) as needed. For the idler holder, install a 25mm screw into the extruder base.
