The revised design boasts a larger part and clamp holder for enhanced strength (awaiting updated image). Positioning the extruder corner near the idler increases rigidity. Both T5 and GT2 belt clamps are included. Performance is smooth, with improved clamp strength. The new model uses three bearings and consists of two pieces, allowing easy attachment of a new extruder-driven part via bolts. Two STL files per belt type are provided: complete and separate clamp parts. RJMP version supports 25x16mm bearings. To assemble, securely tighten side bolts for bearing clamping. The updated method involves inserting bearings into parts, attaching nylocks to the rear part, and fastening to the aluminum plate before bolt-securing the belt clamp to the rear piece.
