Planetary gear extruder like orbiter made to use BMG duel gears. You need : BMG duel gear (with shaft bearing inside) M3 BHCS 17.5mm x2 (Just cut 2.5mm from 20mm) M3 SHCS 20mm x1 M3 bolt 23~mm x1 (Need cutting) M2 bolt or shaft 6.5mm x3 (need cutting) 4mm fitting x1 (I used mellow fitting) Stiff spring for tensioner M7 filament guide (You could buy of make yourself if you want) MR85 bearing (id 5mm od 8mm width 2.5mm) x5 M3 L5 brass insert x2 Currently working on v1.1 Center reinforced plastic shaft is not strong enough and dimensionally unstable so I'm fixing it.
With this file you will be able to print OrBMGiter v1 (v1.1 available. Do not use this) with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on OrBMGiter v1 (v1.1 available. Do not use this).
