Orbitermount with Dragon Printhead for BLV MGN Metal-Kit

<p><strong>ATTENTION!</strong><br/>This is still work under progress! Since its working fine for me for serveral hours now, i decided to make a first release. If you find any problems / suggestions, please let me know!</p><p>You need serveral Screws as well as 2 different types of HeatInserts. I list every need Screw shortly. Until then, please reffer to the Pictures attached.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Infos:</strong></p><p>You had to replace the two spacer from the MetalKit (lower Part) because they are drilled from both sides and its practical impossible to screw through the hole part. They should be replace by “MetalKitLowerPart.stl”</p><p>You can't use the belt clamps on the Front metal part anymore. There isnt enough clearence. To use them the whole Front construction had to be about 3-5mm more away from the mountplate, which results in a more nose-heavy construction which i like to prevent. So just use zip-ties to hold the Belts in place. The Zip-Ties should be about 9-10mm away from the front Mountplate. Please have a look if they are fit with the toolhead (installed part blowers) mounted before thighten them!</p><p>Its highly suggested to print the parts out of ABS or ASA. Iam quit happy with esun ABS+: <a href="https://amzn.to/3seittX">https://amzn.to/3seittX</a> , it prints fine even in chambers with about 30-40 degrees celcius, but higher chamber temp is better as always with ABS.</p><p><strong>Printing:</strong><br/>The parts should be printed with at least 4 perimeters and 40% infill.<br/><i>The parts aren't oriented to how they should be printed. Please have a look at the Picture.</i></p><p><strong>BOM:</strong></p><p><i>2x HeatInserts M3 L3mm / D4,7mm</i><br/><i>6x HeatInserts M3 L5,6mm / D4,7mm</i></p><p>The Y-Offset from Nozzle to BLTouch is 71mm<br/> </p><p><strong>hanges:</strong></p><p><i>21/04/20:</i><br/>Some are having problems with the BL Touch Mount and Z-Offset so i added a V2, please have a look if there are problems with the “normal” one.<br/>Changed the “MountAdapter” STL to give the Orbiter a bit more clearence to the RailMount from the Metal-Kit.<br/> </p>
