Orbiter V2.0 Mount for BLV MGN Metal Kit (Dragon Hotend)

<p><strong>ATTENTION!</strong><br>Since its working fine for me for about 100 hours now, i decided to make a first release. If you find any problems / suggestions, please let me know!</p><p>You need serveral Screws as well as 2 different types of HeatInserts (See BOM).&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Infos:</strong><br><strong>It's designed for the Metal Kit with Dragon Hotend with Rigid Mount!</strong><br>You had to replace the two spacers from the MetalKit (lower Part) because they are drilled from both sides and its practical impossible to screw through the whole part. They should be replace by “BottomPart.stl”</p><p>In this Version for the V2.0 Orbiter i've added a 2nd option to mount a Vinda (SuperPinda) at the left site of the Head. You can choose if you like to mount it in the back or at the side. Because of the shape of the BLTouch the only option is to mount in on the back.</p><p>Its highly suggested to print the parts out of ABS or ASA. I'am quit happy with esun ABS+ (<a href="https://amzn.to/3seittX">https://amzn.to/3seittX</a> - affLink), it prints fine even in chambers with about 30-40 degrees celcius, but higher chamber temp is better, as always with ABS.</p><p><strong>Printing:</strong><br>The parts should be printed with at least 4 perimeters and 40% infill.<br><i>The parts aren't oriented as how they should be printed. Please have a look at the Picture.</i></p><p><strong>BOM:</strong><br><i>2x HeatInserts M3 L3mm / D4,7mm</i><br><i>6x HeatInserts M3 L5,6mm / D4,7mm</i><br><i>30,4mm (2x4mm Dia) Bowden Tube to bridge the Gap from the inside of the Orbiter to the top of the Dragon. As shown in the last Picture.</i><br>Screws as shown in the pictures. Additionaly you need 2x M3x16 for the Vinda-Bracket (Back or side mounting) or 2x M3x8 for the BL-Touch Bracket.</p><p><strong>Offsets:</strong><br>Sidemount (Vinda): Y: +20mm; X: -40mm<br>Backmount (BL-T): Y: +71mm<br>Backmount (Vinda): Y +71mm</p><p>Thanks to JaredC01 for the original work on which this is based!</p>
