Orbiter v1.5 extruder adapter for Ender 6

This is a mix of ben_uk's and sejouced Orbiter mounts for the Ender 6 trying to get the best of both worlds. ben_uk's design (as he notes) was weak and prone to breakage. Sejouced remix was strong but left no room for wires as they had to route all the way around the mount. This remix provides the strength of sejouced's remix and the clean wire routing of ben_uk's design. I made this with TinkerCAD. Remix it here: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/1rU98h2n0E2
