This is a filament and hotend heat sink cooler for the Orbiter Extruder. These parts work. I will make some slight changes by user request or found issues if needed You will need a 30mm high flow fan and 2 radial ender 3 blower fans. EDIT: I uploaded the uniBody cooler. This has the shroud and mount as a single print. Also, I uploaded a spacer to stop the sagging of the uniBody. I scaled this to 125% in Z only and it fit perfect. You may need to try a few scales to get the fit. YOU DO NOT WANT THIS TOO THICK! You could pull the studs out of the carriage plate. It is being refined and any input is welcome. Together, we we can make this better. There are 2 styles for each mount. This is because the carriage plate on a BLV has larger stand off pem studs than the stop carriage plate. I included a rework of the stop fan mount to work with the Orbiter mount. More clearance is needed for the hotend wires and the mount itself. You will want to print the mounts on their back with supports. This is for maximum strength. Slow the support flow to 70% and they will come off easier. It is easiest to print the body on its back as well with supports. I included am adaptor to use the a 40mm 24 volt fan if you are worried the 30mm won't cool enough. Also, I included the stepper cooler for the LDO stepper on the Orbiter extruder. I added a LED holder that bolts on to the 30mm fan. It has a slot with of 7mm. I can make different sizes if you need one for LED strip lights. I used a night light I took apart for the 2835 LED.
