a reworked design of my BMG/mosquito hotend for use with the Orbiter Extruder with a Mosquito hotend. Required Hardware: (wip) (10) 3mm Thermal inserts (10) 3mm x 10mm Bolts (2) 4mm x 25mm Bolts ( to hold Fan to front body screwed directly into plastic, might change to inserts ) Esteps worked out to 708.9 (ymmv) Personally I only use 2 bolts and 2 thermal inserts for the hotend fan, and 1 insert and bolt to hold the front cover on. that way I can work on hotend fast by removing one bolt, and bltouch and all fans can stay in place. front and back body v3 and cable stls are untested at the moment. V3 Reworked with a bit longer snout so that a second bolt can hold on the back plate better. Reworked cable management, removable to make for easier printing, V2 Front cover touchup, (uses 2 3x10mm bolts instead of 3x12mm) Fixed clearance on mosquito adapter Forgot to add Delta-p duct V1 Initial drawing and printing in Progress
