Orbiter Extruder Mount for RatRig V-Core 2.0

Orbiter Extruder Mount for RatRig V-Core 2.0

This is a modified part for the extruder/hotend carriage (the part is called "Extruder Body" in the original) which enables mounting the Orbiter extruder on top of a standard E3D V6 hotend assembly to a RatRig V-Core 2.0. The other parts can be used as-is. I plan to make a better part cooling solution using a radial fan, though. There are different versions of the Orbiter around which differ in the drill pattern for the mounting holes as well as the filament exit guide. I fitted this mount to this "Trianglelab Orbiter Extruder V1.5 Full Version for Voron Compatibility", since I didn't want any heatbreak sticking out at the bottom as a filament exit guide, which some versions seem to have. The slots in the side capture M3 nuts which accept M3 bolts from above. With my particular printer, I need to have 55 mm of PTFE tube connecting the exit of the Orbiter to an E3D V6 hotend. Just check with your hotend and make sure 11 mm of PTFE tube are sticking out at the top of the platform. CAD model in Onshape
