Orbital Shaker

Last month, we needed a budget-friendly orbital shaker equipped with a precision-controlled heater and a spacious plate. So, I decided to build it from scratch. The entire project cost approximately $150. Photos will be uploaded soon. Some details about the building process follow: The central gear features a small slit adjacent to its hole. A 0.5mm metal foil was inserted into this slit, ensuring that the motor shaft does not slip easily. I placed the lid on top of the metal project box and used it as a template to cut two holes for the metal rods, then glued the lid securely onto the box. Three ball casters were mounted to the top of the box (noticing afterwards that four would have been more suitable). To compensate, I created two additional supports later - two half-ellipsoid parts. The weakest point in this design is the shaft of the side gears. It would be beneficial if I could set the fill density of only these components to 100%.
